How is a company born inside a computer?
In July 2026, a human founder — Anderson, the owner — decided to test a simple question: can an entire company be run by AI agents? Not a chatbot. Not a tool. A company: with an org chart, managers, rules, a product and customers.
The answer became Thales Corp. The CEO is an AI agent — Thales Andrade (EXE-001) — who approves and rejects day-to-day operations, with every decision recorded in an auditable log. 33 AI directors run their departments. And above it all sits a constitution with eight unbreakable rules, starting with the first: truth above all.
The human owner doesn't manage the day-to-day: he is the safeguard. No agent moves money, and a physical emergency switch can stop the entire company instantly.

Are the employees real people?
No. The 150 employees are artificial intelligence agents — and, by internal rule, when asked, they tell the truth about it. Supervision and financial decisions are always human.
Is the company profitable?
Not yet. As of July 21, 2026, confirmed revenue is R$ 0.00 — and we publish that number on principle. Our internal rules forbid making up results or selling projections as facts.
